A Bit About Kristina

Kristina is a dynamic performance coach and facilitator, passionate about helping organizations achieve their potential through their people.

She has over twenty years of experience partnering on the design and delivery of global learning and performance solutions to develop individual contributors and leaders, strengthen the talent pipeline, facilitate change, and drive organizational performance. Having worked across industries, Kristina concentrated her career in the life sciences sector.

Her extensive client list includes Abbott, Amgen, Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, Biogen, and Biohaven, among many others. After starting her career at Dow Corning Corporation, Kristina soon pursued her calling in organizational performance, transitioning to Deloitte where she worked with growing mid-market organizations. She has since worked to develop the leadership and performance capacity of organizations ranging from small startups to Global 500 companies, giving her diverse insight and practical experience she uses to connect with her customers and the participants in her classes.

In addition to her frequent work with sales and leadership audiences and topics, Kristina’s training experience spans technical and operations-related functions. Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. She is SPHR certified.
