A Bit About Nick

After over 25 years of coaching and empowering leaders, Nick is passionate about creating a culture of experience and engagement for company leaders, partners, and key stakeholders. He is a gifted communicator whose enthusiasm has an invigorating impact on people, leading to operational excellence and efficiency.

Nick has delivered motivational keynote presentations and facilitated leadership trainings and workshops in over 25 US states as well as in Haiti, Mozambique, South Africa, Malawi, Peru, El Salvador, and Costa Rica, for over 100,000 participants.

In addition to consulting, Nick was the National Program Manager for Life Time Inc., a multinational health and fitness organization. He also served as the Director of Development for Help One Now, a global nonprofit that recently raised over $3.5 million in revenue.

A former college and semi-pro soccer player, Nick is also an accomplished professional actor with over 20 years of credits in television, training videos, and motion pictures. He holds a degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University.  Nick lives in North Carolina with his wife and their blended family of 8 children.
