As Vital Talent’s Associate Editor, Rachel brings a passion for memorable communication and a keen eye for detail to Vital Talent’s content development. She ensures both client- and public-facing products - from workshop scripts to blog posts - are polished, engaging, and informative. Her responsibilities include copy development, quality assurance, marketing and social media outreach, instructional design, and research and organization. She graduated from NC State University with a degree in English and Communication.
