Andy Norris

Andy’s passion is to help others to grow and develop into the best leaders they can be. He has spent 25 years in sales leadership, including roles as Director of Leadership Development and Regional Sales Director at Amgen and Bayer. His teams excelled at sales, and Andy was often recognized for achieving top sales results in highly competitive environments. He has considerable experience developing and implementing leadership training, including creating and establishing an Amgen company-wide sales leadership mentorship program. His knowledge of accountability and difficult conversations has led many to improved performance. Andy is at home presenting on a big stage but genuinely enjoys opportunities for small groups and 1:1 mentoring, coaching, and development.

In his spare time, Andy is a professional voice actor working on podcasts, corporate training videos, and small business productions. He and his wife live in Michigan and enjoy spending time with their 3 (so far) grandchildren.
