A Bit About Kathleen
With over 25 years of experience in education, course development, training, and presenting under her belt, Kathleen understands the value of creating experiences that captivate learners.
In her role as Director of Training Operations with Vital Talent, she is focused on helping our clients determine what they need to enhance their employee’s potential and productivity.
From managing projects to leading our creative team, she is involved in all aspects of developing powerful learning experiences for our clients. Most recently, she was the Program Director of the College of Education, where she created a successful Teacher Credentialing Program. She has taught from the K to university level and created hundreds of courses and professional development opportunities.
She earned her Master’s in Education Administration and has completed course work for her Doctorate in Higher Education and Adult Learning. She resides in North Carolina and loves all this beautiful state has to offer.
