Greg Megowan, MBA, Ed.D

Greg is the Founder and President of Megowan Leadership Group and possesses 35+ years of Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. He maintains deep expertise, education, and experience in commercial leadership development, coaching, emotional intelligence, DiSC©, team effectiveness, and organizational development. He is committed to helping organizations grow and develop a cohesive and consistent approach to growing new leaders and developing current leaders to maximize organizational results and leadership growth and expertise.

 

Greg’s career includes over 15 years with Bayer Inc., in sales, commercial training, and sales leadership, and almost 20 years with Amgen and Biogen in sales leadership and commercial leadership development. For many years he led high-performing teams, as well as the entire global commercial leadership development function for both organizations and is widely known and respected for his strategic focus, breadth of innovative development programs, and facilitation mastery.

Greg received his B.S. in Business from California State University, Northridge, and both his MBA and Ed.D in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
